Lighten flywheel

I've bought a set of new clutch, ACT High PP
with street disc. Would it be beneficial to replace the flywheel while installing new clutch? What are some of the pros/cons of the lighten flywheel? What brand/weight is best if the flywheel is to be replaced? Thx.

Get a Chromoly flywheel if possable! Chromoly is exreamly strong! I have a JUN Ultra lightweight in my R. They only thing I have to do, was replace or shave the starter gears so that it will engauge smoother. Before I replaced it, and shaved it, my car would grind when starting. The brands I would recommend would be JUN, TODA!(very good), and someother clutch brands.

How about a type R flywheel? Will it work?
I heard that we should not go for flywheel less than 9 lbs...any thoughts on this?
